Refund Policy
At Azqaa Designs, we aim to deliver creative work that meets your expectations. Our refund policy ensures fairness for both the client and the designer.
1. Upfront Payment
All projects require an initial deposit before work begins. This confirms your booking and reserves design time in our schedule.
2. Payment in Parts
Payments are divided into 4 parts (milestones). Each payment corresponds to a project stage concept, design development, finalization, and delivery.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered if:
- The project has not yet started.
- No design concepts or deliverables have been shared.
Once work has begun or concepts have been delivered, the initial payment and completed milestones are non-refundable.
4. Partial Refunds
If a project is canceled midway by the client, any work completed up to that stage will be billed, and remaining unused payments may be refunded at Azqaa Designs’ discretion.
5. No Refund After Final Delivery
After final files are approved and delivered, the project is considered complete and no refunds will be issued.
6. Project Pauses
If the client pauses a project for more than 20 days without communication, the project may be marked as closed. Any paid amount will not be refunded.
